MG Strata and BMC Management Pty Ltd is a licensed strata managing agent with the experience and expertise to provide specialist strata management services. We take an active interest in the buildings we manage so we can provide the best service to both the owners corporation and the individual lot owners.
For most of our clients we are delegated all of the functions of the owners corporation including the finances of the owners corporation, effecting the relevant insurances and keeping the records. We are also working close with the executive committees in carrying out the day to day running of the building and to assist with its maintenance and repair obligations.
To be used if an owner cannot attend a general meeting in person and would like to be represented by another person e.g. The act requires that this notice be completed and given to the owners corporation with 14 days after the commencement of a lease of your lot or the execution of an assignment of such lease.

Don't be fooled. The "service level" that MG Strata provides is absolutely appalling. Instead of simply giving an answer when we asked them to clarify why the fee they want to charge for a replacement key is seemingly high (almost 5x the cost that our previous Strata company for the same building was charging - a cost which coincidentally matched the fee that the locksmith actually charges), the female staff member (Karyn) became abusive and started shouting on the phone. Mark Gitman later sends an email complaining about how having to reply to questions takes up too much of their time. He subsequently

No thanks. Our investment property should run itself and sadly with this manager it isn't. We later learned they don't have a great reputation around Sydney's east in shopping around for an alternative. We are much happier and experience less hassles with our new manager.

I am tiring of reading what are clearly fake reviews. a strata manager will not evict residents who live a lifestyle that is not in keeping with yours. Vadmin aka Mark Gitman might wish to listen to those who have dealt with his services and try to improve them. Ask any estate agents or local tradies what they think of this strata manager and you won't need to then trawl thru the fake reviews they've paid people to leave.

You would be well placed to ignore these 'fake' reviews. Sadly this strata manager has a reputation equally as poor with residents as he does tradespeople. Our company will not work for them again. Professional are people who conduct themselves in such a fashion and not someone who decides to charge.

Very knowledgeable and reliable people are working there. I wish we all had strata managers like that! On another note, just reading some of the reviews and I can see that 2 last reviews are from the same person. Seems like fake reviews. We had tenants in the other property. Drinking and partying all the time, flooding others, screaming and swearing etc. When our strata manager found the way to get rid of them, they started threatening property manager and strata manager and leaving very similar fake reviews.
