It was nice renting from them, and they seemed like a good company. But when I moved out I was charged for cleaning the walls, Which I had paid for someone to come in and clean the entire place before we moved out. Also, when we moved in we noticed the the floor was painted with regular black paint. I brought that up when we 1st moved in, because I knew right away that painted floors always chips and scratches always appear. They assured me that they know its will be considered normal wear and tear and I would not be charged for re-painting the floor. Well low and behold, they are trying to charge

Beware. I invested and I got badly taken advantage of. I bought TWO houses in the Granger Brown program with a "turn-key" solution that turned really really wrong. They sold me on a "warranty" program. I pay a monthly fee and they maintain it all as needed, rent it, etc. Turnkey. No hassle. NOT THE TRUTH. There was a huge lack of communication with the property manager (True Prop Mgt, Mike Suggs). They also tried to "eliminate the original agreement" along the way with a letter thinking we'd not notice. Nope you can't just STOP providing the warranty that was the reason that we CONTRACTUALLY made

Monica is wonderful - she has been lovely working with HOWEVER - we were supposed to move in our rental Friday - Down payment was already paid a week before. Went to get the keys and the house had not been cleaned - at all. Very nasty. ( they had 1 week to do this ) Asked them if they would clean it before we moved our things in because I have a new born baby & they refused, Said they would rent it as is or we could get our money back. I Have been renting from True Property Management since 2016 and my experience has been great! I have no complaints at all! In 4 Years I can count on one hand how many work orders I had to call in which is wonderful. Mike is a awesome landlord, very responsive and professional. I just renewed our lease with True Property last month. The staff has been amazing, always very pleasant to speak with and they always go above and beyond for their tenants. Last winter our heat went out and True Property addressed the issue within a few hours. I appreciate everything the staff has done for me and I recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

True property management did not put any effort into renting my unit. I found out they were just using a lockbox system and letting tenants in in their own to see the unit. If you dont show up to show units of course response rates will be bad. They would often suggest to do maintenance rather then put effort into managing this. Would not recommend

What can I say? Mike of True Property has been a blessing to me and my family since I have been renting from the company in 2017.
