Current Employer (Please attach 2 most recent payslips to this application, see section H). I acknowledge that this is an application to lease this property and that my application is subject to the owner's approval and the availability of the premises on the due date. I hereby offer to rent the property from the owner under a lease to be prepared by the Agent pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to tradesmen by the end of the following business day. If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. The cost will be debited from the tenant's rental account after 30 days' notice.
Answer: Please pay us by Internet banking and please make sure that you use the reference number otherwise we will not be able to recognise your payment. The report must be signed and returned to our office by post, email or hand delivered within 7 days from key collection date. Had many issues with them, mostly to do with damages. Micheal the managing director lied on his email that my aircon was broken when the ingoing report said it was working. They also charged the tenant for cleaning, have a look yourself their cleaner's work. Arranged for the cleaner to come back and let me wait 7 hours at the apartment and end up spending 1Hr at the middle of the night with very poor work.

Very happy with the property management service from Michael and his team for the past 15 years.
I don't see this high level of services from other agents I have used.

Be reminded owners. This agent was negligent and not responsible for both owners and tenants. I personally won’t let an agent like them to manage my properties.
Used to rent their property in Chatswood and many conflicts occurred on vacating the property.
The first day when we collected keys, we were given wrong keys so couldn’t enter the property. Nobody answered the emergency number given. So we waited another day to enter the property.
We were told we need to pay for all dead trees in balcony while 2 of them already looked dead when moved in. Property manager Dominic came for inspections

I have concerns about Infinity Property Agent's code of conduct. We just had a tenant moved in 2 months ago and this tenant is loud, noisy and rude. The tenant punched on neighbour's door, saying his wife is upset about people saying they are loud and not happy about the signage to remind residents to keep noise to minimum. Well, the tenant put his feet into any shoes. The tenant said he is paying and he can do whatever he likes and makes whatever noise he wants to. Infinity, do you know what your tenant is doing? I contacted this agency to obtain a rental reference for one of their current tenants who is applying for one of our properties and after many phone calls of confusing trying to figure out who the actual property manager was to give me a reference, i finally reached the Managing Director; Michael, and let me tell you well i say i have never been spoken to in such disrespect and from an owner.
