I love absolutely everything about this hotel! My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway. From the moment we stepped on the red carpet, we were treated like royalty.The staff are so pleasant and attentive. We received the best massage of our lives at their spa. Love the ambiance and the staff. It’s so much fun each time we visit. The Polo Room garden is our favorite way to start the day. It’s quiet and the service is nothing short of perfect. My daughter enjoys how they pay extra special attention to her which means, she’s not in a rush to leave as most 8 year olds are at restaurants.

Every time we visit The Beverly Hills Hotel, we feel as special as the first time! Every detail is impeccable and all staff are the best. This year, it was extra special (30th Anniversary). Thank you so much for the champagne and platter sent to our room! Tony at the bar is an excellent bartender and we enjoy talking with him.

My mother dined at the Polo lounge tonight,08/19/21, for her birthday dinner. I am in Arizona and I called and asked if I could pay her bill as a birthday surprise and asked them to give her dessert and say happy birthday from your loving daughters and grandson. They were nice enough to send me a credit authorization form immediately but unfortunately I didn’t have access to a printer where I was and was unable to complete the authorization. But the manager and the server and the other serving staff made sure my mom got the cake and actually said the message that I requested and Not only that
