Nelson was incredibly helpful throughout my one-year rental stay at the apartment. Any minor issues was taken care of asap and even after my lease has ended, he was kind enough to help me with some issues regarding the new apartment which he was not obligated to do at all.
As an international student it was especially a relief for me to have such a reliable agent with the apartment.
