Benvenuto and Welcome to Colle Rosso the Authentic Italian Restaurant, Pizzeria and Take Away in Red Hill! If you are wondering where the name Colle Rosso comes from it means Red Hill in Italian. We are located just minutes from the Brisbane CBD and Suncorp Stadium. Colle Rosso provides a traditional and rustic approach to dining out.

We believe in value for money, but most importantly in having high quality food and service in a family friendly environment. Colle Rosso uses only fresh ingredients from local producers and products that can only be obtained from Italian suppliers. Our menu consists of authentic and regional Italian cuisine as well as dishes that put a twist to traditional recipes.

Colle Rosso is one of my favourite restaurants! If you’re after great food, a relaxed atmosphere and good value for money then you must visit!! Our family is always well received and looked after when we dine and afterwards are always looking forward to our next visit. Fantastic!!! 5 stars!!

Really yum Italian restaurant in Red Hill!
The food is really good and it has an affordable yet interesting wine list, focusing on Italian wine.
I've been coming here for years as it is a family favourite, and will continue into the future. Five stars from me.

My partner and I had a great evening. The atmosphere was a traditional style, and the food and hospitality were excellent.
After an evening that will meet all your needs, this Ristorante needs to be on your list.

Amazing food and even better service. Lisa is a great host and always makes our experience top notch. There's no other Italian restaurant we would consider in Brisbane above this. Food is always excellent and we will continue to support this business for years to come.

We returned to Colle Rosso for Christmas lunch - it was wonderful - the food, the service, the atmosphere. Best way to celebrate when you don't have any family with whom to celebrate 💯

Sardinian pasta Malloreddus with beef ragu and truffle was delicious - first time we had tried this dish - shared with pizzas which were scrumptious- couldn’t fit desserts in but took some away with us and house made cannoli is delicious- great service - we will return

Pizza plus pasta plus pannacotta = perfectly proportioned Italian meal? That’s what we went with on this visit to Colle Rosso 😋
Our order:
* malloreddus al Ragu di Manzo, $28 - Sardinian short pasta with beef ragout and truffle in a cherry tomato sauce
* porchetta pizza, $24 - mozzarella, pork belly, caramelised onions, shaved parmesan, truffle oil
* pannacotta alla Fragola, $15 - homemade strawberry pannacotta with chocolate sauce and strawberry pearls
I enjoyed every mouthful of every dish - even the chocolate sauce (not normally too keen on chocolatey stuff)! I have no hesitation in

We had the most wonderful evening at Colle Rosso thanks to the warm hospitality and divine food. The quality of the meals was outstanding, especially the gnocchi, which you have to try! Also, great recommendation on the Shiraz-Grenache. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Great Italian restaurant. Casual vibe, where we felt welcomed from the first minute. We had a great surprise, one of the best food we ever found in Brisbane, easily can become our new fave place:) We recommend every single dish we tried, starter, main, dessert and drink. Prices are good. Great atmosphere and amazing service. Did really enjoyed our night and would def come back.
