Loyola had been working as a Physiotherapist in the local area for 17 years. The opportunity to purchase the practice from Physiotherapist John Wilford came as John was retiring. The business was then known as Everton Park Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre. The practice had 4 treatment rooms and a very small exercise space.
It also had a small kitchen and office space where Physios enjoyed their lunch. Other therapists came on board bringing their experience and team spirit including Elaine, Gavin, Jeremy, Tim and Bess. From the very beginning in 2006, Colleen has served as Practice Manager. Colleen is renowned for her diligence, and her warm hearted and caring nature.

Our Clinical Rehab classes still involve an individual assessment and exercise program to suit your personal needs and fitness goals. We are continuing to use the Pilates equipment in our Clinical Rehab classes. These classes are eligible for Health Fund rebates under physio cover. Clinical Rehab is a selection of rehabilitation exercises individually customized for you by our qualified physiotherapists.
This series is designed to educate and empower women to have the healthiest pregnancy they can, and to make informed choices that are best for themselves, their baby and their family. You are able to make up any missed classes if you're sick, unable to attend or join the classes further along in your pregnancy.
This is a general group class suitable for all fitness levels. It does not require an initial Pilates assessment with the physio as it does not use individual programs. Pilates emphasises your body's core: the abdominals, lower back, inner and outer thighs, gluteals and more. It develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, good posture and helps prevent injury in other training and day to day life.
We are qualified to treat areas of antenatal and postnatal musculoskeletal concerns such as back and pelvic pain, core weakness, posture and alignment issues, separation of abdominal muscles and pelvic floor concerns. We can help you to graduate your return to activity and sport without pain or pelvic floor issues.
