I came for my booster and was able to get an appointment within a week. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The process with GP and nurse was so quick I decided to bring my 13yo daughter. She has developed a needle phobia and has had 3 failed attempts to get her 2nd jab. The office staff went out of their way to make her comfortable without making a fuss. Nurse Rhoda took my daughter’s phobia completely in her stride. She talked patiently but firmly to her. with their permission, she was allowed to watch other patients get their jabs. Went to the Medical Centre to get the Covid-19 booster shot, and I was attended to straight away. I didn’t have to fill forms manually and repeat information already available to the service provider (like most of the other medical centres or practices). In less than 20 minutes (including the 15 I had to wait to ensure no issues with the vaccine) I was already walking out.
Great service, as it should be.

The Medical Centre at Round Corner was very quiet when I arrived. There was another person in the waiting room with me. I seated and waited for 45 minutes while watching others who arrived much later than me went in and out of the consulting room. I decided to check with the receptionist how much longer I had to wait for my turn? They looked at me surprised that I was still unattended to, but did not apologise.
When my name was finally called, I asked the doctor in charge what dose of booster I was about to be given, was it half or full dose? He did not seem very happy to respond but said to me

One of the best doctor office experiences I have ever had, from the time we called the staff seemed to go out of their way to help our situation.
We arrived in 15 minutes and was with a doctor in another 5. The front office manager, the doctor and the nurse were all extremely helpful with our situation and made the whole experience great.
This will be our new family practice 100%
