Services
Only regular patients who are attending the Medical Centre are eligible for house calls. Please inform the Receptionist your name, address, phone number and the nature of your health issue for the house call. You can contact the Doctors at the Centre during normal operating hours. The Receptionist will take a message if the Doctor is attended with another patient and in cases of emergency your call will be put through to the Doctor.

Bad customer service ,they never answer their phone, if you need to make an appointment forget it you wasting your time ,I have called more than 10 times and once parked in their drive was and called , they just dont care. I did not want to go in becsuse the waiting room was full. All I needed to make an appointment for a booster shot. Disapointing service I am a bit worried how will they be treating their patients

Unfortunately my experience at this medical centre was less than satisfactory. Whilst Dr Breshna was a nice person, she was unable to provide the simple care I needed. I do not suggest this clinic if you need any serology and/or vaccination verifications done for education based placement purposes. The pathology nurse also needed to be asked to change her gloves prior to handling sterile equipment and performing a blood test. Regretfully, I have been very disappointed with all experience I have had with Kellyville Medical Centre.

As a local resident, I have visited this medical centre for more than 10 times this year. Dr Champa and the whole team is just amazing. The doctors are nice and compassionate. The service and care provided is professional. The waiting time is also managed very well. Every time I went to this place, I never waited for more than 10 minutes.

Would not recommend. There was one doctor who was amazing and compassionate but she's only there one or two days and told me I could come at any point to do a pap smear. When I went in for it, another doctor seemed annoyed and told me I needed to make a separate appointment and I explained that the other doctor said just come in so she did it with great annoyance. She took me to another room where there was someone else having lunch and didn't tell me to undress but expected me to in front of her. The whole experience felt violating and ended up bleeding afterwards. Never went back since.
