Not sure why I'm seeing too many bad reviews, maybe the center used to give bad service in the past. For me, the experience is really good with either doctors or receptionist. Dr Fakir is the best and has always been diagnosing the problem correctly even before the scan if needed. Wait time is acceptable. Last year was longer but it got better.

Most crappiest medical centre and worst customer service ever!!! I was on hold for like 20 minutes & I was attended for a call the stupid receptionist asked for my Medicare card number as it was expired and before I can give her the new number she put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Very careless & unprofessional and extremely rude staff. Please retrain your staff ! Thank you!

Wish I could give more stars. Our appointments are always on time, despite the doctors having to deal with a continuous flow of patients throughout the day. It must be exhausting, so hats off to them, especially during such a dangerous time for them. They manage to keep the waiting room as empty as possible. Staff and doctors are unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

Have been coming here for about 5 years and we only come because the owner, one of the doctors, is a great family doctor and of course we have a history with them. Unfortunately, long wait times even with an appointment make this medical practice undesirable.
A nearby practice with no fewer doctors, no more doctors and nearer to more established areas is lightning fast by comparison. Even when you just walk in without an appointment, it's at least twice as fast and when you do have an appointment, it is always within a few minutes of the appointment time.

I have have been a patient of Dr Liang for a long time and cannot fault his patient care, however, the reception staff (of Asian appearance) at 11.00am on Thursday 25th Feb 2021 was APPALLING!!!
I felt DISCRIMINATED when i forgot my face mask at home and was forced to go purchase one prior to seeing the doctor as it was "MANATORY" So despite asking for one from the practice and will to pay for it, i was forced to go purchase a pack of 10 (single not available) only to see the patient before me attend the reception and then the doctor without the same demands placed on them. The only difference

Dr Rokeya Fakir, I DO NOT recommend this doctor, I have had a contraception rod put in by her and had nasty side effects, went to take it out only to find out it was inserted incorrectly and extremely deep, I now have to have to get it out surgically at the hospital after an ultrasound of my arm.
How can something so simple go so wrong?
She should not be practicing.

I booked an appointment for 11AM for my 20 months old daughter. I arrived there on time, and receptionist told me that doctor is busy and your next. I waited there for 35 minutes no response from anyone, wastage of time, i told receptionist that my daughter does sleep around 11.30, however, no positive response, just keep asking to wait. They don’t have anything for entertainment for little kids so parents can get play with kids while waiting. My daughter was cranky all the time there. If some patient books @11 am it means, 11 am, 5-10 minutes are understandable, but not 35 minutes specially

1st experience was with Dr. Alam, who was outdated and impersonal when prescribing the wrong antibiotics for a gum infection.
2nd experience with Dr. Fakir was less impersonal, but was left me with vague diagnoses and after waiting 2 weeks for results that i had to chase up twice. I was further disappointed to find that she had neglected to send my prescription through to the pharmacy above, after assuring me she had done so. This was after i waited an hour after my appointment time. The pathology staff also provided false information regarding a the prerequisite requirements for a test.

I recently moved into the area and was in urgent need of a doctor that could navigate my complex health needs. I was fortunate enough to see Dr Sammy. He not only took the time to listen to my concerns, he took an active role in helping to co-ordinate a variety of other health professionals that I needed. He spent time to go through all treatment options with me and made me feel comfortable and assured. He carefully implemented a plan and helped me, step by step to navigate my way through it. His care and attentiveness is a rare find when most GPs seem to push you out the door after 10 minutes
