The dark skinned guy behind the bar with tattoos is an arrogant piece of work.
We ask for two classic cocktails and we're greeted with an eyeroll and attitude. He then proceeds to make them taking his time to stop and talk to his friends, and actually sighs and rolls his eyes because he had to lean over his co-worker to put garnishes in the drink. We were charged almost 50 dollars for two cocktails that have 1 shot of vodka and 1 shot of a liquor in it, and were simple to make.
The blonde lady behind the bar was really helpful and friendly, she really turned the night around.

Last night at around 4am the usual resident yobs were howling & yelling once again. The extent of their & your staff's disregard for local residents is unbelievable. Next time I'll be recording & forwarding video to the council.
I appreciate your response, when I moved here 3 years ago I accepted that I had to live with a certain amount of noise & I don't have a problem with the vast majority of your patrons. But you have one little group of regulars who sit outside in the early hours headed by a woman who if there was an award for loudest person in Australia would be a certainty. She whoops

Conveniently located and interesting place! Loved all the little design details that made my visit a memorable experience. The seat swings with the giant Jenga and multi-player gaming console area at the front was our favourite spot to hang out with friends. Excellent selection of drinks and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This place has got to have some of the most welcoming & hospitable group of staff!! A group of friends and I were being followed by a man one night last week & the staff at 29th apartment took us in & looked after us, their security even escorted us 5 mins down the road to our destination!
We didn't get the chance to order anything, but the food and drinks looked incredible, and the venue had a great vibe, we will definitely be back- but this time for some great food and drinks! Thankyou so much!

Thank god for this bar! My friends (all females) and I were walking down Fitzroy street on our way to another bar and we were being followed by a sketchy looking person. The security and staff at this bar were SO lovely, they let us come straight in and chill out there until we felt safe to leave. The security also walked us all the way to the Espy to make sure we got there safe. Thank you so much, we will come and visit again! Xx

Stopped in for a pizza and beers whilst we waited to see the penguins. Glad we did, top beer and tasty pizza. There was free comedy on too, but we had a laugh watching a lad drawing with chalk on the pavement to entice folk in. Don't think his "art" made a single bit of difference other than mess up the pavement. Clown.
