The good, bad and ugly! The good is it is close to Southbank. For a busy area it was quiet in the room. Reception person was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was nice and clean although the bed was extremely firm. The bad and ugly was the room smelt musty, possibly due to the poorly maintained carpet. The air-conditioning did not work so we were given a fan and a discount on our room. In summary, dodgy area to stay and would not recommend.

Nice place. Lots of (family) room. Laundry, dryer, conv oven, microwave, stove, off street parking (if not too busy. There's only about 8 spots) Helpful staff inc cleaners. The main (communal) air conditioning wasn't working properly (on the hottest 2 days of the year), but the secondary in the main bedroom was enough. It WOULD'VE been a good view of New Year's Eve fireworks if they had a proper (non covid) show. Perfect view of the hourly flames at the casino after 9pm tho. So close to everything 👍👍👍

Lovely view and good size room but interior very outdated, water damaged vanity cupboard in bathroom, very little hot water pressure. We had a very strong Musty Odour in room so bad we had to keep windows open but didn't help made me feel nauseas entire time. Elevators were confusing until we worked it out with other guests that were having the same problem.
Very disapointing.

The room was average, run down and had a musty odour. There was a light switch just about hanging out of the switch panel, a water stain on the ceiling, poorly patched up plaster in the bathroom and water damaged timber work. Our room looked absolutely nothing like the images in the listing on Bookings.com
I left several messages over a week for the Manager Ishmael to discuss the poor state of the room but never heard from him.

Seems alright at the beginning of entrance through the door to room but when you reach bedroom you get disappointed. All you can see is a dark room with no windows or any cooling utilities....
We paid for a standard room little that we knew the advertisement had views in it where as the room we got had no view at all. But it was fine as we did the right thing just to book it for one day.

Traps ( Don't get high expectations from looking at photo)
Air con in living room but it was hot in bedroom
Overall it's a nice place

We stayed on the 17th floor facing the river, amazing view but there was a bit of noise from the train lines. Room was reasonably clean just a bit of dust and cobwebs. Bed was very firm. Room was bigger than expected with full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
