Currently this hotel is closed. No you won’t find this information online, on the website, on the answering machine and the emergency contact mobile owner won’t advise you of this either, the only was you’ll know if pay for the accommodation in full only to arrive at the venue with a locked door and A4 piece of paper stuck to the window saying that the hotel is closed until further notice due to a plumbing issue. FFS is this considered acceptable practice? A sign on the door at arrival that the Hotel is closed. How about updating the voicemail on the phone number, maybe the website or even

Booked a 2 night stayed at Albert Heights Apartments in April prior to a hospital visit only to find that there was no hot water. Was offered a 20% discount but felt that was insufficient. Emailed management and heard nothing since. Very disappointing!

Here are some things I disliked here:
- Small/not so clean rooms
- Stupid smoke detector going off every time we toast the bread
- Old small tv with just free to air channels
- Wifi slower than dial-up internet
- internal rooms with no locks
- On the last day, there was no hot water
Things I liked:
- IGA in front of the building
I don't recommend this place if you are coming here with your family for a long stay in Melbourne. For one person, it's alright.

Chose due to it's close proximity to the hospital for an early morning procedure. We arrived after hours and check in was clearly explained and straight forward.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Parking was very convenient.
The room was lovely, clean, tidy and quiet. Exactly what we needed.
Would recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent Value for Money. I stayed 5 nights due to my partner being in the hospital. The hospital was approx. 3 minute walk from Albert. Saved lots of $$ since Albert had free parking. Also, Anita at front desk was so helpful and friendly. A big thank you to Anita for taking care us during our extended stay.

Stayed there over the weekend and unfortunately I wouldn't say my experience resonates with some of the other reviews. Upon check in, the staff were friendly and had offered to mind our baggage before check time. We got our room and as soon as we walked in there was a bad stench. It's almost as if the previous person had cooked eggs in the morning and there wasn't anything done to offset that smell! We had to douse the room with deodorant and with opening some windows, the smell had gone after 2 days.
Let's get to the bedroom...we found blood on the mattress! Surely one would think to replace
