The food is bad and the exact same dishes everyday. The hairdresser ruined my long hair trying to sell me hair extensions. Literally cut my long natural hair in the middle at the back then continued to tell me it was like that when I came in the salon. The staff is NOT women friendly at all and keep staring at girls bodies all the time I was so uncomfortable the whole 10 days I was there. Just don’t go here if you’re looking for a great hotels. There are plenty of great hotels in Turkey but this ones not one of them

Everything is great, apart from the reception it is a failure, the people in the bars are great in the dining room as well! but the reception is a tragedy ... we asked for a room at the top, the lady said that we had to pay for it to get a room higher than the -1 or -2 level, we agreed to 100 € for 2 weeks, then we wanted to pay the card, with a smile on your face she said that only cash (that is, he puts the money in his pocket) ... another day .. lost card in the hotel area by the swimming pool, we asked for a new one, of course 10 € for a new card, which maybe someone found and returned

I am very satisfied with the hotel and can recommend it to everyone. We were well received from the moment we arrived. the staff is involved and customer-friendly. the food was also good and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were clean. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a shuttle bus every 10 minutes to the beach. On the beach you can have lunch there, get free drinks. Near the hotel you have a shopping center and a bazaar. If you want to do activities and see the big cities, you will have to do that with a tour. I definitely recommend making an appointment for a massage.

The rooms are fine, but the reception employees are really rude. They want to charge extra for everything and they are unhelpful. The waiters in the restaurant are really great though, that’s why I give it two stars instead of one!! The atmosphere in the hotel feels like a funeral. The location is far away from the city, I would never go back there.

Very friendly, nice staff. From the bartender to the receptionist. Lots to do for kids. Beautiful shows in the evening. What I did find less is that no one adhered to the covid rules and no one was paying attention either. Furthermore, it is a very good hotel, good food. And again very nice staff. Thank you. I will return. You get for what you pay. Thanks you Sui Hotel.

Very nice hotel, food was okay but not perfect, the staff hardly spoke any English but we didn't mind that much. very clean place and full disabled access everywhere. the pool isn't as big as the pictures make it out to be but it was big enough.
if you don't like loud music and people dancing when your trying to relax by the pool this isn't the place for you as the animation team basically never stop doing things, it would be a good thing but it was the same activities every day and the exact same music on repeat daily.
