The vets, vet nurses and reception staff are professional, competent, hard working and especially caring of all creatures they treat. For many years they have cared for our dog with gentleness and respect. We have great respect for them and would encourage anyone who may need a vet to seriously consider this practice.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a vet, zero compassion and downright rude.
My partner and I had found a dog and called domestic animal services and asked how long it would take for them to pick up the dog. They kindly explained that they triaged calls like that and couldn’t give an exact time but that we could drop it off at any vet and they would pick it up from there. The poor thing was obviously not in great shape so we decided to drive it to the closest vet as we were on our way to a funeral.
When we got there I explained the situation to one of the ladies

The staff are amazing right from the moment you call and speak to the reception staff through to the vets. We see a different vet everytime and are thankful that they're all so equally professional and caring of both pets and owners. They're handling the whole Covid19 safe distancing amazingly without compromising any aspect of pet care. Thank you to everyone who works there.

The whole team here are absolutely amazing! One of our dogs was bitten by a eastern brown snake and once found after work was rushed straight to this veterinary hospital. If it wasn't for the amazing work, care and attention she was given by the entire staff she would not have made it.
I wouldn't consider taking my pets anywhere else to get the best care!
