I have owned a rental property in Melton for 11 years and over the years I have fired multiple property managers from 5 different well known real estate agencies for incompetence, poor management and poor communication. I wish I had found Rachel from Property West Realty years ago. She is a breath of fresh air in an industry where many property managers do the basics and have no respect for the tenants they manage or the landlords who pay for their services. I have made the right decision to change my property manager to Property WestRealty for the two units in Melton as the previous agent was a pain to deal with. Rachel has been very professional and communication was excellent. She kept me posted the progress regularly and did an amazing job in finding the new tenants within a week of advertising the property. Being the property investor myself and own multiple properties, I would say Rachael is definitely one of the best agents who you can reply on. I would strongly recommend anyone to use them.

It is a tough time to get a property managed due to covid-19 lock down, my previous agent was not able to do anything and left the property empty for more than 6 weeks with no update unless if I asked for it. Rachel is different, she is professional with high standards and always positive, she treats your property like hers. I was being given the updates on regular basis from the handover til the tenant moved in in just two weeks, very efficient! We really appreciate all of your hard work and effort Rachel, you are the best!
