WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
So called director/agent TRISH COOPER needs some lessons in manners and good communication skills! Rude and disrespectful staff who speaks bad language with customer and HUNG UP ON THEM!
Cleary not interested in selling any properties, so save your money people and find a decent real estate agency to deal with. I’d give them ZERO RATING if I could!

Not impressed. Was keen to rent a property on offer. Went to inspection, submitted application and rang to follow up next day whether received. Was told that it was already rented and they were awaiting bond. Ummm, that's why other agents make a note on the website advertisement that the property is under application. I wouldn't have wasted my time inspecting and applying otherwise. Definitely not happy with their communication. Common courtesy goes a long way guys.
