In2eyes Optometry

This is the best optometrist that I have ever visited. I usually see Dr Winter, and he is so intelligent, thorough, professional, and polite. A few times I have also seen other optometrists at the practice, and they have all been fantastic. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly, the clinic is spotless, and a few times I have had to bring my young children with me and the staff were very accomodating. I highly recommend In2Eyes to anyone looking for a really good optometrist who knows what they are doing, particularly if you have complex eye health needs.

One of the best optometrists in Melbourne. I have worked in the optical industry for years. Also many ortho-k practices popping up now but this is one of the best practices to go to.

I've know Jason for a very long time, but until only recently not had the need for glasses. As I would have expected, great care, up to date equipment, great explanation of all things and terrific follow up and after service. Excellent operator and highly recommend.

I can not recommend this practise highly enough. Dry eye is a complex condition that can only be successfully treated by practitioners with rigorous medical knowledge and procedural skill, the latest equipment and an understanding, compassionate outlook. The practitioners at In2Eyes stand above other treatment centres because they excel in each of these areas. I have been under their care for three years and never fail to be impressed by the calibre of their services. My main treating practitioner has been Dr Winter Chan.

I have been a patient of Jasons for over 10 years. I am short sighted, so I went to a "franchise optomitrist" and was sold a super expensive and uncomfortable pair of glasses and unknown to me, they didnt even get the prescription correct. I was recommended Jason by a relative around the same time so I made a booking with nothing to lose. I am so glad I did. Not surprised, he showed me how badly "franchise optomitrist" had stuffed up the prescription. Instead of selling me another pair of glasses, Jason introduced me to a new system to handle short sightedness (through the use of contact lenses

Jason takes the time to explain any procedure in detail and answers a multitude of questions patiently.
Jason and his amazing team (Winter,May,Melissa,Sylvia & Doreen) are very professional and efficient. They are always welcoming and friendly and cheerfully go the extra mile for our family.

Exceptional standard of care provided for patients at this optometry. The optometrist Jason provided a thorough examination and diagnosis for my eyes. Although a very busy practice, they were able to squeeze my appointment in. The optometry was very clean and has state of the art machines. Receptionists were lovely. Would recommend.

Only Jason and team have the patience to fit my glasses to my warped head just so...... perfect every time (at least in the last 13 years)
