I could not recommend Glenferrie Optical more highly. They provided amazing service and a really thorough examination of my eyes. Michael is a fantastic optometrist and really knows his stuff. I ordered a pair of glasses and their was a minor issue which was resolved really efficiently and with minimal hassle. I have always found Glenferrie optical to have excellent communication and customer service. I will be going back in future for any glasses or lenses that I need!

Michael and Irene were exceptional. Thank you both for your care and efforts. I was previously purchasing my prescription from a chain optical stores. Glenferrie Optical are a cut above. Very happy with with them . I have visited many optometrist over the years and have never found one that I was totally happy with. For the first time I have finally got both great optometrist and glasses and service. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been wearing glasses for 40 years, have a technical background, so am what might be termed ‘a demanding customer’ who wants to be fully informed. Michael exceeded my expectations regarding his diligence, patience, refractive and medical expertise, ability to explain and knowing when to refer me to an ophthalmologist. My husband and I have been going to Glenferrie Optical for quite a few years now and even though it's a half hour drive to get there, it is very worthwhile. Michael is excellent at his profession. He not only really cares about the health of our eyes, but also goes to heaps of trouble to find the right frames we are really happy with.

Michael was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions about my eyes and I felt like he really understood my problems and requirements.
The vision is much better than the previous pair I had and the frame selection was great as well.
