Awaiting my daughter attending an appt @Toronga Village, I stumbled upon an exquisite looking optometrists window display. On entering every wall caught my eyes.. lovely staff member greeted me & I browsed around. This serendipitous find led me to order glass frames that I am so in love with I will order same in another colour. Of course they are the iconic Lemtosh by Moscot. It doesn’t matter which range or style is yours though. This business has something for every taste & budget. Very clever. All the incredible staff from front of house (shout out to Tia) !!! to the lovely optometrist are

Great Optometrist! These people know what they are doing. My daughter had her first eye test at another optometrist and the service was disappointing. Not only was the customer service great here, my daughter went home with a free book and book mark.

After getting another bigger optometrist to do my script, I had that script made up by The Optometrist in tooronga village.
The script was double the strength (incorrect) so I had my script redone and made up The Optometrist.
They discounted the lenses prescribed by the bigger company and gave me 3 month warranty in the new script. Very happy.
The staff were very sympathetic and welcoming.

Do not come to The Optometrist if you don’t want the absolute BEST in customer service and optical expertise because this is exactly what you will get: the thorough, courteous and oh so friendly team there make ‘dull’ eye exams all the more interesting and enjoyable. I left feeling I had a much better understanding of my eye health and felt encouraged to contact them with any queries after my visit. Great selection of lenses too! In short- I highly recommend.

I have been to many, many eye specialists in Italy where I am based for dry eye symptoms but never ever have I been treated with such professionalism from front desk right down to the optometrist, and assessed with top class precision equipment as I have experienced in this, what I call, a shop? Study?Clinic? The examination of my eye conditions were thorough, inclusive and conclusive, so smuch so that I walked away with information and treatment of my eyes that I never dreamed possible. I've been to this optometrist twice now for glasses (1 x Eye Vision, 1 x Prescription Sunglasses) and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
The Team here have a strong focus on eye health, which I haven't seen at any other optometrist. It has changed the way I think about my eyes and the glasses I wear. Rebecca (optometrist) has guided me through the whole process, from eye check, to glass and lens selection to getting them specially fitted.
If you want a positive experience for eyewear, this team is definitely the one to see.
