Lovely family owned buisness. So polite and honest. Ended up talking for ages because it was such a friendly environment. I love my new bike. Just finished my first ride on the apollo stout 20. I'm a big 160kg guy that needed something for fitness and no one really had anything that could help me. Just finished a 15km ride this morning on this beautiful bike and cannot wait to go out again on a family ride this afternoon. An awesome family business run by Trevor and Karen. Both of them are very friendly and helpful. I have been going there for about 3 years now even if its for a chat or friendly advice on how to customize my bike further. They always looking to make the bikes go better. What i really enjoy is the after service , if you have a problem they are always there to help which is a plus. As for the prices of there bikes, if you compare apples with apples there prices are good. Make sure before you go looking for an ebike you visit them first so you understand what you buying. Really great advice. Very happy with my purchase. Had been to a few shops, and didn't get anything like service. Then I came here. They really care that you will be happy even if it could cost a sale. Fortunately I could order a sought after bike from them and am happy to wait a little while for the right result.

Have been riding my bike almost weekly for 3 years on the beach... no problems other than a bit of rust on screws, bolts etc, frame I think is alloy and has been fine, motor hasn’t given any problems... can literally go anywhere within range, 25 km is my longest beach ride, battery was almost empty after that

Love Trev and Karen’s bikes, I’m the proud owner of three ! And soon to be four. Can’t get enough and have a few different variations, awesome follow up service and I’m interstate , nothing is ever too much trouble and parts always get express posted so only take a few days. They are legends ! Highly recommend buying off The best in the business for an electric fatty or monster scooter 😀
