At E-GO Electric Bikes, we have a range of step through bicycles for sale that give you the convenience of an easy entry and exit. I bought their basic fold up ebike with some reservations. It seemed too cheap and at one time I knew foldups lacked rigidity. 2 years on I couldn't be more impressed. You will certainly be left far behind by other racing bikes but you can enjoy the experience of exploring lots of off the beaten track places at a still worthwhile pace, it's not designed for speed! It will manage rough surfaces and lawn where on most manual hybrid or racing bikes you would have to dismount. I haven't folded mine often but when I have it's been invaluable. The first battery seemed to lack full range and then failed
