Stable Base is a unique facility offering specialist Studio Pilates, Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning Coaching, TRX classes, Small Group Training. We have been helping people achieve their goals since 2005. Whether it is restoring function following injury, increasing athletic performance or improving health and fitness.

The Stable Base team have over 40 years' experience and we can work hand in hand with your treating practitioner, coach or existing exercise regime. Classes are a great workout on their own but also make an excellent addition to your regular training, in a group environment. Our Strength and Conditioning Coach is a specialist in the physical preparation of the athlete.

Greg is one of the best in the business. He's a professional and knowledgeable strength and conditioning coach, PT and Pilates Instructor, who designed an exercise program specific to my requirements, enabling me to achieve results and improve overall health and fitness. Highly recommended.

I did Greg's core strength Pilates program for about 2 years and managed to get great results for what had been non stop back pain. Greg is super knowledgeable, the best fitness professional I've ever worked with.
