Before embarking on a Personal Training program, book a 30-minute complimentary consultation to meet the Forever Strong trainers, see the studio, and discuss your health and fitness needs. We will complete a physical activity-readiness questionnaire, and answer any of your questions about personal training, nutrition, or healthy living.

Exercise was never something I took seriously, but I thought I would just go to Forever Strong for fun. I didn't expect much, but after my first session with the personal trainer I found that I enjoyed myself tremendously. The trainer is really easygoing and encouraging and I would recommend their services to anyone.

A wonderful gym, with personable, friendly and most importantly, professional and well trained staff. Well priced, with clean and well cared for equipment. The gym is open and airy with a good selection of music playing at a good volume. Never over crowded and always clean, I've been attending for a few years now and I am VERY happy there.
