Had a fabulous experience with the team at Jarvis Toyota Clovelly Park. Everyone was polite and helpful. But my hat comes off for John Wood after a second chance meeting with him. He has outstanding customer service and understands what means the most to you. Other than a bit of a wait for the car.....not their fault.....it was exactly what I expected and more. It's the little things that mean the most and when John delivers the car nothing is overlooked. Thank you for making our experience easy and enjoyable.

We bought our family car through Jarvis Toyota at Tonsley. The salesman Nev was very approachable, friendly, and patient with us. We had a couple of bad experiences with previous salesman at other dealerships, but Nev made us feel like people (not just dollar signs). We will definitely recommend Jarvis Toyota to any family or friends who are looking to buy a new or used car.

Great service from Lukas (Clovelly Park )
From the ordering of my Rav 4 early April I was always advised it would be 8 months until delivery
Lukas was always happy to take my calls for updates and always provided me with updates when he received them.
Delivery day was exciting and Lukas was great and spent time with me showing me how to use all the bells and whistles.
Highly recommend using Jarvis Toyota and would happily do business with them again

Comments : This is my first experience with Jarvis. I recently purchased my 2020 200 Land cruiser privately and it was due for its 1 year 20,000 km service. It had been purchased from Jarvis Closely Park. The warranty was still in the original owners name and I wanted to get that updated to my name. I anticipated that this service would cost between $400 to $800 but I wanted to have the first service done to ensure to continuity of the warranty. After my great experience yesterday I will continue to use Jarvis. The staff were friendly and informative

The staff are always very friendly and professional. But unfortunately this last service my car wasn't washed or cleaned. It looked like a vacuum had been on the carpet, that is all. I love having my car cleaned and look forward to it each time but must admit I was disappointed, especially as my service was over $800. But other than that all was very good.

(Clovelly park Jarvis). Excellent service met on the driveway in by a nice guy who ran thru what needed doing and recommended items too , asked me if I had any issues and took the car into the workshop, I decided to wait on this occasion and the complete service and a good wash (complimentary) one and half hours all done You can’t get no better then that , it was a shame no one was around to give me an appraisal of my car to trade for a new one
