They are professional, go far beyond what you expect and everyone is friendly and helpful.
My vehicle had a big breakdown, although not a Toyota or their regular type of vehicle they sourced parts that saved me money and time. I’ve never been so satisfied with a mechanical operation or dealership that I am with Adelaide Hills. Well done and 6 out of 5 stars

I had a great experience with their panel beating section. Fabulous team, Ben and Maureen, and terrific service. Dropped my car off, was supplied with a loan car for two days and picked up my car again as… scheduled. What a wonderful surprise. The accident damage was invisibly repaired and as a result of their professional cleaning standards my car shone like new. Thanks everyone.

Got my 2011 Toyota Hilux radiator replaced.
Did an incredible job, quickly and for a fair price.
However, the next morning due to the engine burping the coolant level was low. I went in to buy more radiator fluid however after i told them what happened, they sent out a mechanic to double check all the fittings and fill it up on the house. As well as refunding me for the 2L of coolant i bought, they also left me 5L container of coolant for free!
Couldn't be happier with my service, Highly Recommend! A+++

Sales department are excellent. Were friendly and very easy to deal with when purchasing my vehicle. However, the service department are not. I recently got my brand new car serviced for its 10,000km service… and i was disgusted with the state of my car when I got it back. When I purchased my car from the friendly sales deparent I was told i would get a complementary wash and vaccum. I walked up to the car and saw that all my chrome work was black and when closing my car doors it left my whole car black. Opened the doors to get in and a vacum had not touched the car at all! Meanwhile a service
