Purchased a 2021 Demo Model CX-9 in Jan 2022.
I found the level of service from Jarrett Mazda to be exceptional compared to any other previous car buying experience.
This is our 3rd new Mazda we have purchased but previously from Mazda dealership in QLD which was not great service.
Luke Bassani who helped us at Jarrett Mazda was amazing. I really am used to the heavy sales push in car yards and I found Luke to be the perfect balance of friendly, confident & knowledgable yet not pushy.
Non of the extras were pushed on us. They simply explained the options and let us decide without any pressure
