The service was not cheap buy any means ,in at 8.30 to be done buy 1.00 same day ,no calls sms or anything ,9.30 following day they phone and has been ready from 1.00 .what am i a mind reader not and they still expect to pay full amount .not happy JAN also the suv was dirter than when it went in for the service

Car went in for minor warranty issues and it was fixed but they disconnected the power to my dash cam as they were driving into their workshop and that's fair enough.
I've only discovered that now when I wanted to review the footage of a near accident and nothing! Last video was 11 days ago when it was disconnected just before the car entered their… workshop. They pulled out the power lead to the unit which is obscured by the mirror from where I sit as the driver.
If you going to disconnect the cameras guys...connect it back up again!!! If it's in your policy to disconnect it must also be

We have a series of issues that are ongoing and have been since 18th April, one of which is a MAJOR fault in the safety system in a 5 yr old car. Only by going to Kia Aus have we been able to get any partial resolution. Wayne Phillis don't seem to follow Australian Consumer Law either. When selling the car, the service is one thing. But when there is a fault, the treatment is the complete opposite. I wonder if Wayne Phillis is as content with his reputation being damaged as his service team are to disregard the safety of customers.

Firstly, sorry for taking nearly three weeks to post this. When I purchased my new Ford Escape, Jonathan delivered an awesome customer experience. Taking a step up from my little Ford Focus into an SUV was something I was slightly unsure about.
