Our new studio is now open at 16 Queensport Rd South in Murarrie, Brisbane! We offer regular weekly vinyasa and kundalini inspired yoga and meditation classes, personalised one on one healing sessions, monthly full moon yoga and crystal bowls events, day retreats and short courses. We also create handmade products using essential oils and crystals to help you connect with your inner self.

Our level-two certified meditation teacher and reiki practitioner, Jane Toohey, will tailor every session to you, drawing upon different breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness activities suitable for all levels. In our beautiful yoga studio we offer regular weekly classes of all styles including Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Kundalini inspired yoga and meditation classes.

Jane Toohey is a Certified Level 2 Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Teacher, Therapeutic, Kids and Family trained Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. Jane has been dedicated to her own practice of holistic yoga for the last 20 years. She is passionate about our intrinsic ability to heal ourselves through the regular practice of yoga and meditation.
In 2021 and in our post pandemic environments, we not only want to manage our stress levels and their work/life balance better but are also increasingly wanting more meaning in what we do. To create a strong sense of self-worth and a sustainable feeling of internal peace, the ability to embrace empathy and compassion are super important.
We understand that the corporate environment operates at a rapid pace and can often foster a workplace of high stress where individuals find it hard to switch off. It is consequently highly important to incorporate practices that allow these individuals to take time to recharge and learn how to relax and quieten the mind.
At Haven Yoga, we offer a meditation course that includes 6 meditation classes spread over 6 weeks. Each session has a specific focus that improves the wellness of your mind, body and spirit. At an hour-long, the 10-person, weekly classes allow for one-on-one coaching and are designed for people of all abilities.

I highly recommend Haven Yoga & Meditation! As someone new to yoga and meditation, I was anxious to give it a go and am so glad I chose Haven. Jane is such a great teacher and has created such a calm and inviting environment in her studio. I left my first class feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be going back!

Jane's classes have been so rewarding! She has a very calming energy and adapts each session to your comfort level. I also love the candles and spray sets! I am on to my third bottle of the Root Chakra Spray. Would definitely recommend visiting her studio for a free trial!

I have been doing yoga with Jane for over 4 years now. She is such a great teacher! Jane does well adapting classes to any skill level, always giving options, to ensure you get the most out of the class! Would definitely recommend!

Haven Yoga & Meditation really helped me with managing my stress and anxiety, I am a university student and find it hard to wind down at times. Jane was such a great instructor and made me feel at ease even though it was my first time doing yoga and meditation! I couldn't recommend them more!
