Yoga and Meditation Retreats, Public and private Yoga Classes and Yoga Therapy for any conditions of the human constitution. Tuesday and Thursday mid morning classes have moved to St Annes Church Hall, 127 Nelson Street Wooloowin. They continue from 10am - 11.30am. Wednesday night Blokes yoga class in Sandgate is on at Sandbag Community Centre, 153 Rainbow Street, Sandgate.

I am always available for Yoga Therapy sessions to support your practice or to provide guidance in those times of difficulty. At Yoga & Meditation Brisbane we offer an open space for you to come and practice an ancient science, Yoga, designed to generate health, happiness, contentment and a greater sense of Self.
Services
All of our teachers have completed a comprehensive 2 year training course with Yoga in Daily Life and have been teaching for over 10 years, and are continually learning with professional development. Most importantly our teachers are practicing yogis and meditators, who share yoga their own insights and experiences with their students.
The adaptation of yoga for therapeutic benefit is yoga therapy. An individual yoga program is designed for your specific needs to gain optimal well-being. At your initial consultation, your physical needs are assessed, followed by a series of private lessons for about a month to help you learn your program of daily activities (simple movements, breathing techniques, sound, relaxation and meditation).
We conduct yoga classes in Brisbane, St Annes Church Hall Wooloowin, Sandgate and, as well as, Yoga Retreats, Corporate Yoga Classes and Meditation Courses. A gentle introduction to yoga practice. Stretch, tone and relax your body with simple physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation to calm the mind and emotions.
Please contact me directly if you need some flexibility in payments due to financial stress. These classes are ideal for those suffering the effects of trauma and or stress related conditions. Yoga to stretch those tight muscles, encourage movement and mobility into the joints and the spine for the prevention and ease of arthritis.
Come along and learn the relaxing practice of yoga without the stress and worry of comparing yourself to others. You don't have to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is about understanding how our body, breath and mind interact and play a key role in our ongoing health. Learn how to breath correctly to calm and relax the mind.

Craig is a very knowledgeable and caring Yoga Therapist. He caters to everyones needs, and is there for ongoing support at all times. His passion for Yoga and Meditation is evident! I love my classes because the practises are easy to follow. He will give you more challenging options if you choose too; perfect for both the beginner and advanced. I leave every class feeling relaxed, yet energised. Pure bliss!
