Not all yoga is made alike. Every yoga teacher is on their own journey, following their own path, teaching with their own style and passion. We all bring our self to our class to share with you our own interpretation of this ancient healing practice. Yoga has been with me my whole life, though until I was 26 I didn't know what yoga was much less that it what I was seeking or doing.
Beginners Yoga classes move slowly and gently through basic yoga movement, breathing and meditation techniques to set you up with the best foundation on which to build a yoga practice. Feel safe and confident as you move and learn in an environment free of judgement and competition.
With the encouragement and support of patient, kind and friendly instructors, this class is suitable for students who carry chronic pain or restriction of movement as well as those who are new to yoga and need time develop before joining in with other classes.General Yoga classes develop strength, flexibility and lasting calm through a variety of postures breathwork and meditation techniques.

Our 5 Week Beginners Yoga Course is a series of interactive workshops designed to introduce you to a safe and beneficial yoga practice. We take a maximum of 9 students per course. Yep there's just you and a maximum of 8 other newbies just like you! Throughout the program, we will focus on your specific needs as the group works together through the course curriculum.
Yoga classes for Kids, Pre-teens and Teenagers Yoga in Chermside West, Brisbane's Northside. It is true that Yoga is a great mode of exercise to encourage physical development for our children, but every kid's yoga class is planned with an intention which brings so much more than movement and exercise.
Traditionally Yoga was handed down from teacher to student in individualised settings where the teacher could respond directly to the individual needs of the student. The benefits of individualised approach are countless, even for students who have no trouble "keeping up" in group classes. In a private yoga session you get exactly what YOU need.

It was a surprise gift from a friend that brought me to Relax Yoga .... wonderfully fabulous and relaxing. i always wondered about Yoga .... it feels great during a session and after ... Jess really knows her craft ... she is really good .... and I've not met anyone who has studied the art of Yoga so deeply and humbly ... thanks especially to my friend Janie for " dragging" me in.

I had never done yoga before coming here. Tes is an amazing teacher, she really made it easy to pick up and become comfortable with it. It’s not just a yoga class, she also shares information about what it can bring to your day to day life. I have used a few studios now and highly recommend this one, it becomes like a family.

My yoga journey is a long one. I first started yoga many years ago, when it was considered almost a little bit hippy. After trying many different types of yoga, I feel I have found a place at Relax Yoga. The studio is beautifully set up and the classes here promote the perfect balance between stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation.

I started attending Relax Yoga a few years ago for a place to exercise and find some me time. They deliver both, as well as a great sense of community. I now live 30 minutes away from the studio, however, I would never change studio as Relax Yoga is my home. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable and know what they're talking about. The students are kind and welcoming. Relax Yoga is a safe place to practice both the physical and internal components of yoga. The studio offers classes to people from all ages groups, walks of life, and skill levels. The classes are also incredibly economical

I was 60 when I began my first class, and have been enjoying it very much for the past couple of years. Tes and her team are very welcoming and supportive. I’m not particularly flexible, and struggle a bit with my balance, but lots of choices and options mean I never feel like I’m not fully participating.
I highly recommend this studio to anyone considering yoga.
