They openly scam you for your deposit no matter what, I had a proper fist fight with someone working for the agency a year ago, it is actually insane that this is a real agency.

UNPROFESSIONAL, INEFFICIENT, RUDE ....This agency managed two rental properties on behalf of my family for a number of years, and after we terminated their 'management' role recently due to lack of communication and service, we learnt that annual property inspections were not carried out, the tenants had repair and maintenance issues that hadn't been addressed, and rent payments were in arrears. Even with a generous handover time-frame to collect the rental & bond paperwork from their office, the owner 'Charles' made us wait for 2 hours, leaving his receptionist to make excuses for his delay! What a madhouse... One name - Paul. Offered an inconvenient 13 month lease via email. When I called to negotiate down to 12 months, he just cut me off saying he didn't have time for this sort of talk and told me to 'take it or leave it'. I did the latter and went on to see other properties the next day. Paul called me midway and pleasantly inquired if I had made up my mind. Surprised, I told him AGAIN that 13 months did not suit me due to work arrangements, to which he said he would discuss with the owner. Ten min later he called me back, congratulated on a 12 months lease having been approved

Know your rights when it comes to dealing with these cowboys. I would encourage any tenant who has had the displeasure of dealing with the property managers to contact Fair Trading NSW for advice. In my case, I lodged a formal complaint against this agency, and I subsequently received my entire bond back, as their threats to withhold it were completely without substance.

After renting a property through this agency, I have a little advice for you. If they make a commitment to you, get it in writing. If they agree to fix any problems with the property before you move in, make sure you check that they have been done before you sign the lease. Even if they tell you to your face that the rectifications have been done, go and check the property first. I'd communicate with them via email so you have a written record of anything they say. These guys have perfected the art of smiling broadly whilst lying to your face. I know real estate agents often don't have the best

Absolutely horrific experience. Don't know how these cowboys are in business. Terrible customer service. Rude and ignorant beyond belief. When we viewed an apartment, the agent (Paul) recommended that we offered a lower price than what was advertised because the apartment needed some work. Then when we applied, he told us that our offer was too low and proceeded to tell us that they wanted us to pay more than the current tenants were paying. So we changed our offer, taking his advice because we liked the apartment. A day later he told us that our application had been declined. When I asked for

I rented through this real estate for 5 years and it was painful at times to get stuff done or even replies. Ask for Leonard Cherry the sales man if you need assistance, he is certainly the man to get stuff done. He is fast and looks after your every need which was refreshing to see since he was there for sales not property management. The business needs more people like him!!
