Bad service - I emailed the real estate, notifying the link to book an inspection is not working for me and I was highly interested in inspecting the property. The real estate agent let me know the inspection was on the 3/July. I asked if I could book it manually over email then as the link was not working. They said 'unfortunately not'. It was the worst service I have ever been provided. Unhelpful and unprofessional.

I can only say great things about this agency. They have been so polite, courteous and responsive to all our requests as tenants. Asli Ekinci has been just wonderful. She's not only so quick to respond but also great fun to chat to. I can't thank her enough for helping us out on a number of occasions. I really do hope our Landlord knows he's certainly picked the right agents to manage his property. I would certainly instruct them to manage my property in Coogee...if I could afford one :)

Elissa was our rental agent for our last rental property with CRE and we found her very professional and helpful throughout the tenancy. Wonderful customer service. Moved into a fairly run down apartment more than two years and was concerned of the repairs that would inevitably be needed. However, I shouldn't have been, because every problem has been dealt with efficiently and without hassle. Whether it is a leaky tap or missing television signals, we've always been impressed at how quickly the problem is solved. They have an excellent range of skilled and reliable contractors. For people sick of neglectful real estate agents, give Coogee First National a ring.
