I recently rented out my property through NG Farah and James Daniel was really helpful through out the whole process. The property was let in a matter of days and James was always updating me, and providing guidance with anything I needed. I was slightly worried the whole renting out process would be a hassle although it was actually genuinely easy, I would highly recommend this agency and James to any property owners going forward.

. I was meant to move into their property today and when I got the keys and went saw the disgusting condition it was left in. Nail clippings on the floor, hair , marks on walls, kitchen and bathroom was filth… it hadent been cleaned. Furniture was also left after I asked for it to be taken out before I moved in. After speaking to the real estate they could only get a cleaner to clean the kitchen and bathroom and the rest of the house would need to wait for another day. I've decided not to move in as the owner called me and was rude and thinks it is clean. this has been the most stressful

Billy was left with a huge task to sell our property which was listed at least 4 times previously on the market. He sold our property and got $400,000 above reserve. Unbelievable result and all credit goes to Billy and his team for a absolute excellent service and plan.
