We are also one of the longest running in Queensland, with our main studio situated in the heart of the Morayfield and Caboolture business community districts.

Services
As a family run business spanning four generations, the passion for dance runs strong and deep at Footworks Dance Studio. This personal and professional passion is formalised with our Founder and Director, Pamela Lennon holding a Licentiate Teachers Certificate, Examiner of ATOD (Australian Teachers of Dance) status, and being a Life Member of ATOD.
Our Acro Dance classes are the beautiful fusion of the fluidity and grace of classic dance techniques with the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro's roots are in traditional Chinese dance, later appearing as a favoured style on the Vaudeville stage. More recently, Acro has gained popularity with the widespread success of the contemporary circus productions of Cirque du Soleil.
Footworks Dance offers an array of dance classes in Acro Dance, Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Tap. We also offer a Pre-School Program for ages 2 - 5 years. Yes, both solo and group Eisteddfod performance opportunities are available to Footworks Dance students.
Footworks Exams Term 3 was a busy and successful term completing both exams, mid year performance and competitions. Many students completed exams from Pre Ballet to Advanced Ballet. Thank you to all parents for your help ensuring students were ready and well prepared for these exams. We hope to have results very soon.
With over 50 years of dance teacher and examiner experience, Pamela provides the inspiration and guidance which allows students to achieve their best. As the daughter of founder and director Pamela, Liz has been part of Footworks Dance Studio literally her whole life.
Continuing on the tradition of quality teaching in a supportive environment that encourages all students to thrive, Elizabeth's dance knowledge and experience is broad and constantly expanding.Involved in performing and choreographing school musicals, rock eisteddfod and fashion parades. Brooke is currently our Tuesday mornings and afternoons; Wednesdays afternoon and evenings Dance Teacher.

I saw two open studios which were really just rooms with sliding doors for viewing. Which is good for mum's who want to see. Very tight in concrete walkway where parents view. We saw a variety of dancing. Tap, contemporary and jazz. It seemed very sloppy (and I wouldn't have care personally as my child is wild at heart). Good for families who just want to have a dance and not be judged or graded. Teaching style not right for my particular child. Other parents seemed relaxed and happy.
