Great doctor and friendly staff. Occasionally have to wait a bit but the thoroughness of the doctor makes it all worth the wait. Highly recommended.

All doctors are amazing here. Just don’t go see doctor named Holly. She will create or tell you problems you don’t even have and put words in your mouth. It’s what she did to me, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I don’t want anyone else to go through that. So please beware. Her diagnosis are based on bias behaviour and her own assumptions. So disappointing to see a person like this calling themselves a doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Vivian Cham - she has been extremely caring, helpful and professional towards me. I greatly appreciate all of her help and I think that Turbot Street Medical Centre is very lucky to have her!

Friendly front of house staff, professional and welcoming environment, easy to book and manage appointments.
The doctors I've seen have been incredibly knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond, taking the time to listen to my concerns/issues. Couldn't recommend a medical practice higher.

The centre is very clean and welcoming. The receptionists were really nice. My appointments were always on time and Dr Natasha Rommand was amazing. So nice, lovely and really helpful.

Brutal cancellation/rescheduling policies. If you’re 5 minutes over the time they will just charge you 50 PLUS what the appointment was. Doctors are fine, though Dr Rommond super quick to give you pills and get you out.

For international students the fee is only $ 15. So for me at first it was a good option. Since I came to Australia 2 years ago, I always went there, when I had a problem. But after some experiences ... it's really not worth it. Honestly, they don't care about your health. They just want your money. I have never felt like this in the health sector in my life. I called today because I wanted to ask to my doctor about my side effects for a new medications that I received last week, ( That I already pay my consult) and they just could give me appointment for next week. Very unhappy. Booked a phone appointment for 2nd June 2021 earlier in the week.
I get a call at 6pm on 1 June 2021 informing me that the practice has changed its policy as of today regarding phone appointments and that I will now be charged $55 instead of bulk billed.
Phone appointments rarely take longer than 5 minutes and you don't get anywhere near the level of service that you get from a face-to-face, but now they will be charged the same. Considering I booked my appointment before their change I was very unimpressed to now be told I will be paying.

We have visited this facility for 3 years since the day we moved to Brisbane. The care received was always accurate (As good as having a home doctor). We have not been given any inaccurate diagnosis or medication and yes the place does get busy so pre planning your engagements would be wise. Telehealth was great for recurring prescriptions.
The facility is very clean and the reception folks are always respectful. Choosing the right doctor matters especially for chronic conditions and based on my experience and treatments, I've always recommended this centre to anyone I know.
