My new favorite store was my first time buying professional dance wear and I’d totally come back the girls today was great heather I think that was her name the manager I think she was great and I forgot the other girls names they were great too

I love it there. Martin is a point shoe master, he was super kind (as everybody else working there) and really helped me find the perfect pair. I will forever recommend this store!

Took my daughter to be fitted for pointe shoes, as we had been struggling to find the right shoes for her. A huge THANK YOU to Carol! She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Go here and ask for Martin! I had to leave a review because I was blown away by the customer service I received. Due to an emergency, the store was short staffed. When I got in, one associate named Martin had been doing the work of assisting every patron by themself. I expected Martin to be flustered and would have understood if they tried to rush me out, as the store was closing. Instead Martin was patient, calm and gave me first class treatment. Horrible customer service. Locked the door at exactly 5pm with 4 little girls and their moms waiting outside to get in, who would must definitely be buying items…No apology, just rude!

This dance supply store is chic, beautifully maintained, and well stocked. I personally prefer Bloch as a woman of color because they carry the skin color tones shoes for African Americans as other dance stores do not. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable for dance supplies.

My daughter had a blast here. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. We will be going back. A wonderful shopping experience for a ballerina. I think our helper was Rachel. A+

The guy who works there (sorry, can't remember his name but he dances with Alvin ailey) is the best fitter I've ever had! My feet have really high arches and are super narrow so it took a long time to find my shoes. He was very patient and helpful through out the whole process. Unfortunately the shoes are too soft for my and I broke the shank a month into wearing them.

Friendly and helpful staff, and it's a big store located conveniently in SouthGate shopping precinct. Staff was helpful and will help you find and order if you are looking for specific items.

The quality of products at Bloch are second to none in Australia, which is supported by the fact that Bloch is the major shoe and rehearsal outfit provider to both the Australian Ballet company, and their school. I have never had any problems with anything bought here, and my dance shoes generally last me a good amount of time - definitely important, because they arent
