I love the shoes, love the way the staff care enough to call if they think you may have ordered the wrong size if the shoe is a narrow fit or something similar. Great service from these guys!! Firstly, I got two pairs of new shoes for my big flipper feet and they aren't daggy, a win in itself!
But more impressively Rosenburgs called me to double check I ordered the right size shoes for my feet! The lovely lady wanted to let me know that I should probably size up in one of the styles because they run small, and in the other style I should size down. I'm impressed they picked this up before sending out my order!

My first experience of Rosenberg shoes was over 40 years ago and from then till now there is the same quality of shoes in sizes not found else where. The staff are professional and friendly and will assist you in finding the style, colour, size & brand for you. All set in a charming stained glazed period store.

I’m always hesitant to buy shoes online, especially when advertised as UK sizes. I bought 2 different brands of UK 15 online and received real 15 UK shoes with an option to return.
Very importantly, I received the package within two days.
Well worth giving these people a try especially if you need bigger sizes.
I won’t bother to buy anywhere else in future.

The service was superb! I had to keep trying a lot of shoes as they were either not suitable for me or not my style.
The staff was patient and also helpful when I couldn't decide what flats I want. She also help to suggest the shoes for me based on my requirements.
I would definitely visit again when I am in Melbourne! :)

I wanted to share my latest experience with you. I have been buying shoes from Rosenburgs for some time. It’s not every day that you find shoes in bigger sizes for women. I finally made up my mind to purchase a… pair of shoes that I had been eyeing off for some time however they had sold out in my size. Desperate to purchase this shoe I thought I would purchase my size in a different colour. I finally arrived at the store after an hours drive and happily decided to transact. If you search everywhere for shoes and can never get anything - You need to visit Rosenberg Shoes. I tried on shoe after shoe that fitted my wide, big hoofs and for the first time ever I had plenty to choose from. Excellent fashionable range, and fantastic service. Great location - parking not far away, easy to find for non Melbourne people. Definitely will be back and recommend it to anyone.

It's so hard to find nice, affordable shoes that fit my foot (AU Women's 12), that are comfortable. I recently bought a pair of emerald green and cobalt blue wedges, which I just had to get because I had the perfect outfit to go with them. I also bought a pair of black Jellies (because who could resist?). I ordered them on Friday last week (ish), and they arrived today.
