I offer psychological counselling and psychotherapy for a range of problems such as grief, relationship problems, depression and anxiety, amongst others. I also have a special interest and experience in treating people who have experienced highly stressful and traumatic situations. I am trained to the highest level within psychology and have been around long enough that I have many years of accumulated experience.

Every time I see someone I bring my years of skills and knowledge with me into the consultation room, bringing hope and support for a better life. Experience in the treatment of people affected by high stress, life threatening & dangerous situations. Experience in medico-legal assessment & psychological treatment for migrants, refugees and returned expatriates.

I have over 20 years experience working with adults who have had a wide range of difficulties. I have worked across hospital, community, outpatient, medical and academic settings. I am experienced working with a range of people from those with more severe mental health difficulties to those with more common concerns.
Trauma therapy for people who have experienced highly stressful and life threatening situations. I provide caring and confidential therapy using an informed and non-judgemental approach. My aim is to assist you to achieve changes that have a lasting benefit for your wellbeing and quality of life. The approaches I use have been demonstrated to be effective by current psychological research.
I provide caring, confidential, professional, skilled counselling and psychotherapy to adults. I aim to work with you in a collaborative way, taking your preferences into account and discussing what may be involved. Counselling and psychotherapy offer a way to make sense of your experiences, alleviate distress and promote a greater sense of wellbeing.
I am experienced in treating adult civilians who have been affected by highly stressful and traumatic situations. I have worked extensively with people who have been affected by assault, accident, disaster, war, abuse, kidnapping, torture and other traumatic life experiences.

Some of the kinds of people I work with experience these difficulties abroad in humanitarian settings, third world countries (the South), complex emergencies, disaster, and civil conflict.Some of the people I work with experience these troubles more locally through unexpected bereavements, domestic violence, child abuse, assault, disaster or accidents.
I have developed specific expertise and experience writing medico-legal reports for people in immigration pathways. More than 10 years experience providing psychological assessments and reports for a range of immigration matters. Provision of psycho-legal assessments for refugee/protection, humanitarian, character, family reunion and partner cases.
