I signed up with PSCA on a locator service just over 12 months ago now, to start my first development in Geelong. PSCA sourced a great site for me! The senior Designer Pam was very pleasant to work with and understood exactly what I wanted. High Pressure sales team. Once they have your money they have no interest in giving you what you want but only in how they can get it done with as little effort to them. They let my permit application with council lapse (Only after i followed it up with Council and told them). Would not recommend using this company. Value for money NOT

Terrible experience with this company. If we could give them less than one star we would. In hindsight, we now realise that they were willing to do/say anything to us early on, just to get our business. Once we were signed, it became a very different story. They obviously did not understand or want to consider our brief for the project and went ahead in a manner that was easiest and simplest for them. There was no creativity in their design process, ideas we discussed during meetings were never actually followed through or reflected in their plans, mistakes were made surveying the block, an inordinate
