Contrary to recent comment, Aileen Chin of Perry Planning has always been prompt and professional in their responses. As a developer with years of experience in the Melbourne property market, I have found that the Perry Planning team always put the extra effort in order to ensure that the whole planning process runs smoothly. Unfortunately my Exp with Perry planning was a complete waste of time!
My initial contact was with a lady by the name of Aileen chin whom was quite comprehensive in her email a response and mentioned they were looking after property not too far away, I followed Aileen up over a two month period with no positive outcome, I believe that Perry planning would do what is preofession and right by me. Unfortunately I had to go through to there info line and request a please explain as my return emails was returned with a out of office email.
Soon after the director got in contact with me whom I found

Our dealings with Robert Ford at Perry Town planning have been great. His communication and attention to detail is excellent, on top of everything.
