Cavallo, Forest & Associates
Website
The founders of Cavallo Forest, Rocco Cavallo and Daryl Forest initially worked together for several years in the late 1980's in an Adelaide based survey company. Cavallo Forest quickly established itself as a reputable medium sized firm with both their clients and peers, specializing in Land Divisions.

Prior to the Community Titles Act 1996 coming into operation, Rocco and Daryl attended all the workshops to ensure that they had input and also intimate knowledge of this (then) new Act. One could still create Strata Titles under the Strata Titles Act until 2000, however, Cavallo Forest quickly realized the potential of this new form of title and was instrumental in implementing a few "firsts" in Community Titling.
Services
We provide comprehensive topographic surveys for large scale infrastructure projects such as major subdivisions and large scale industrial / commercial developments to facilitate the planning and engineering design of each project. The team at Cavallo Forest can provide tailor made Contour and Feature Surveys for smaller scale projects such as architectural additions, new builds and of course to facilitate land division design.
With 80+ years of combined experience from the two original co-founders, you start to get an idea of the wealth of knowledge that you as a prospective client will encounter when making an enquiry with our firm. In South Australia the Development Act allows any member of the public to lodge a Land Division Planning Application with the Development Assessment Commission.
From its inception in 1992 our firm's core specialty has always been land divisions. Our ethos dictates that we offer the same level of service and attention to detail for a simple 2 Lot land division to a large complex subdivision - whether you are a first time developer or an experienced one.

As one of the most prolific land division consultants in the state, the volume of work we perform ensures that we are up to date with any changes with most metropolitan council policy. Our company also enjoys a pre-eminent standing with not only the council planners, but also the state government authorities that are crucial to the land division process, such as SA Water, The Lands Titles Office and the Development Assessment Commission.
Our client owned a large industrial parcel of land situated in the Industry / Business (Gepps Cross Gateway) Zone. The site consisted of several large industrial commercial buildings used for manufacturing. In addition a small building with local heritage status was situated in one corner on the main road.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
During the last 20 months, Rocco and his team have done more than 12 land divisions for us, and that resulted in more than 25 new titles. They are fast and efficient, very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I am grateful for their honest advice and appreciate their hard work. They have saved me so much time and money.

Hands down the most knowledgeable land surveyor in Adelaide! Rocco is such an approachable professional in his field and was able to quickly and easily give estimates over the phone. He was able to understand my strategy of adding value to a piece of land and assist me with my feasibility. Their track record and reputation across South Australia is commendable, especially in the western suburbs.
