Ltd. is a firm of Licensed Surveyors dedicated to the provision of timely, efficient and sound advice to its Clients and the public. Standard land division normally take 4-6 months from date of lodging initial application until new Certificates of Title are issued, depending on the time Council and other government authorities take to issue their approval notice. This is a monetary contribution payable to the "Development Assessment Commission" and requires developers of new allotments to pay a fee in to the Planning & Development Fund.
Hennig and Co Surveyors have recently been involved with The Road Upgrade Project at The OZ Minerals copper/ gold mine at Prominent Hill. Our role in the Mines Road Upgrade was to design and oversee the construction of the roads and to provide a quality assurance report on the constructions of these roads.

Not only did we find Hennigs professional but we felt that Bev went above and beyond holding our hand through the whole process, guiding us on what each step was, when we had to complete paperwork and pay for the various government and council bits etc.We were very grateful at what was a difficult time for their help and guidance and would happily recommend them to anyone considering subdividing.

Probably the best company i've worked for. It's a skilled trades shop that requires attention to detail, and for you to take pride in your work. I saw a previous review that mentioned if you aren't the right skin color then things don't work out. That's false. I've never worked for a company that cares and appreciates it's employees more then Hennig. All the way from the president of the company(that you see almost daily and talks to you about how you're doing, and gets to know you) , to direct management (that makes sure you have what you need to perform at 110%). I'd highly recommend other skilled
