If you require clarification of a boundary before commencing a project, then the re-marking of the existing land boundary will achieve this. An identification survey involves the searching of the Lands Titles Office for previous surveys near the site, field measurements and marking the boundaries on site, preparation of a plan of the survey and certification by a licensed surveyor of the survey.
