Services
Classes tend to fill up quickly. To ensure your spot in the class make sure you book ahead so you don't miss out on your favourite class. You may book up to 4 weeks in advance. If you need to cancel a session, log into your account and cancel under 'my schedule'. We are a very busy studio. There may be wait lists for classes.
The Pilates Lab in Scarborough is three room studio that offers a variety of classes including group Reformer Pilates, Matwork Pilates, Yoga, Boxilates, and Barre. In addition, there is a range of small group and 1:1 classes available for clients with injury or clients preferring to work through a program designed especially for their needs and posture type.
We have lots coming up at our Perth pilates studio in Scarborough. John Garey will be visiting us in November for one and we have lots of new classes being added on the schedule for Summer! There are lots of pilates places to go to in Perth. However we believe we have the absolute best in format, trainers and location for our pilates clients here in Perth.
The Pilates Lab has a variety of classes to keep you moving. Whether you are here to gain strength and flexibility or to get your heart rate pumpin, we got you covered all under one roof. This 60 min class is a prerequisite for all new and inexperienced clients. In this session your instructor will go through some basic principles of Pilates.
All NEW CLIENTS to the studio must attend 1x Intro to Pilates session before entering into a regular Reformer or Matwork Pilates session, This session is for all levels. If you show up to a class without doing the intro class you will be asked to complete an intro class first before you will be let in to attend a regular session.

I miss The Pilates Lab if I haven't been in awhile! Great energy and the instructors are really patient and make sure the excerise suits you to get the best movement out of your body with your own capabilities without calling you out infront of everyone and are really encouraging! So happy I have purchased a membership!
