Services
My relationship with Lincoln started long before my appointment as CEO and Head of College in 2017 - I'm proud to be a Lincoln College alumnus. I spent my own academic years here, and so I understand first-hand the benefits of living in such a diverse and supportive environment. It's incredibly exciting to once again be part of this outstanding college; and humbling to stand in the shoes of the leaders who came before me.
Lincoln was founded by the Methodist Conference in 1952 after many years of planning and fundraising. Named after Lincoln College Oxford, considered by some the seat and origin of Methodism and one of the oldest Colleges at Oxford. The first Master of Lincoln was the Reverend Frank Hambly BA, BD (1952-1972) followed by Rev John Whitehead (1972-1984).

Visited Lincoln College yesterday during the Oxford Open Day. I must say this was one of my favourite colleges! They also opened the college far earlier than other colleges which was great since I had arrived to Oxford at 7am in hopes of getting a headstart. Very friendly students and incredibly helpful :D
