Sue and her team have always gone above and beyond to ensure my property is maintained and managed the way a rental should be to ensure full return from the home. The team are 100% committed to their clients and are contactable 24/7. Issues are dealt with as soon as possible to ensure both tenant and owner are happy. 5 years of management and still very happy.

Sue has always looked after us and our home since day one, for which we have always been so grateful for. The team is professional and responsive. Not only does Sue work to look after her landlords, she looks after her tenants and I think because she does this so well that both parties are happy. Been renting from Sue Heggs Property Management close to 4 months and so far can say only positive words. Any issues, they are prompt to take actions and fix them. There is constant communication via emails and just recently they start using a new online system - PropertyMe that allows tenants to see any information related to the property (upcoming events, maintenances, news, rental due dates, etc. Thank you Sue and the team for your time and effort.
