Property manager Zirkea Krige offered exceptional service in the event of the vacate of our rental home at short notice, with the lease having to be broken well before term. In what was a busy and at times stressful time for us, it was obvious that ZIrkea knew her business and very professionally communicated our obligations to us while remaining receptive and accommodating to our situation, questions and requests. I had some early issues with Rent Choice, after being merged in from another property manager...but to their credit, they have now sorted out those issues and I've been extremely happy with my current PM Noelia, who has been extremely responsive. Last time I had to find a new tenant, they had someone moving in within about 2 weeks.

Hayley has been my property manager for a year now, and definitely has been the best I've used. On the ball with communication and always happy to help us and answer any questions we may have. I was tenant and our agents were Rent Choice. I loved having them as our go to agents they were reliable, understanding, professional and just all round amazing. Kim was extremely deceiving and told me I would get my share of bond back after the lease of the house I was house-sharing was coming to an end, then when I approached her on numerous occasions continued to change her story. I lost my half of bond, $500 I will never see again. Absolutely appalling professionalism. Legal action is undergoing as we speak.
