This is a “NO STAR” review choice!
Contract signed to buy a house from Here Property in September 2021. A building Inspection is carried out before settlement.
The report stated that “Molded/Leaking” in the Storeroom which is a safety & hazard issue, so we brought this issue to Here Property’s attention. They claimed that this Molded/Leaking issue is not stated in the contract therefore they are not liable. After a much lengthy discussion, Here Property reluctantly agreed to contribute $500 toward the fixing cost of $2000.

My experience with HERE Property has been nothing short of 10 out of 10, particularly with my Property Manager Elise. From the expedient application process, communication on rental inspections, building maintenance has been second to none. I was looking for a rental when the market was going bananas and was turning up to inspections with 60 people registered. I thought I would be treated just like a "number", but the team from HERE treated me with complete respect like I was their only client!! Please, if you're in the market for a rental property, don't go anywhere else!!! Bravo team HERE :-

Here Property managed my investment property in Glendalough between 2017 and 2021. I found them most efficient and professional in all my dealings with them and from my point of view it was a trouble-free investment. Have had one property with Here Property and recently added my unit. Staff are wonderful and always know who I am and are abreast of any issues with the properties and are proactive in keeping me informed. I wanted a management company that were working to maximise my investment but also who appreciate that I want to be a good landlord with a good relationship with tenants. My property manager Fiona is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I have been renting a property coming up for 2 years now. Its ok for property to be " lived" in. Not a show home on inspection days. If anything is wrong with the property it gets fixed quite promptly. All the people i have dealt with at here property have always been very polite friendly and helpful. Great company to deal with Thank you
