Very disappointed corporate with lease equity. They don’t care how bad the business is, they don’t care the shopping center traffic is less and less. They only care about did you pay the rent on time. Owner and lease equity will let you suffer alone. No matter how hard it is. They will send you lawyer letter to threaten you pay.
